Funny how neither the Ruling Heads of either Noxus or Demacia seem in the slight bit concerned. They probably think the League of Legends has moderate control of the situation or something.

Maybe the region is simply dead to them.

Little is known about the Shadow Isles, much less who is in control of everything.
