So good to finally see a poor Hippalus post that isn't down voted to hell. Very nice arrangement, dude. I'm really glad to see Riot adjusting the prices of champs. It's kind of disheartening to see more than half of the champs as 6300 ones.

Hippalus, you gotta keep the ratio of ip to rp that the 6300 ip champs have in order for it to be cost effective for the summoners to purchase anything else. If I want to get the most out of my money then i get 12.9 ip per rp spent on 6300 ip champs that are on sale. Any other tier champ on sale gives me a lesser ratio meaning i just wait to grind ip for them and save my rp for the top tier champs.
