Hippalus:

Will there be anymore champion IP reductions before the end of this year? Perhaps on a bunch of 4800 and 3150 IP champs to 1350 IP?

I've read somewhere that permanant reduced ip champions, if you bought them for 6300 and they lowered to 4800 then you will be refunded the 6300-4800=1500 ip. However, I bought Ezreal when he was 6300 and now he is 4800 and i havent ever gotten back the 1500 yet
I'm not sure what's wrong. Also please don't call me nooby and stuff becauses I'm still fairly new to this game
