In my match history I have 2 ranked pentakills but in my ranked stats it says I've only gotten one. Is it because I lost the match i had one in?

Perhaps the latter example, you got your pentakill from an ignite or minion? That may cause the announcer to announce a pentakill without awarding you one to your lifetime total.

I got the same problem, mang but I won both of the games so I don't think the problem is with the loss
