Some of it just doesn't make sence. Why nerf the range on Nidalee's spears? It's not like they're impossible to dodge and deal massive AoE damage coughjaycecough.

And a nerf to Soraka's AP ratio? I guess Morello doesn't think traditional supports are worthless enough yet.

Elise buffs are nice, and needed, but the Irelia buff is just kind of weird.

Skillshots are getting changed next patch to make them more reliable. Some skillshots are getting slight range nerfs to compensate for this, but it shouldn't be a huge matter since you'll be landing them more often, especially at close range.

Varus Q range nerf is dumb at first sight. He's not as viable a carry without it. His movespeed is slow, attack speed slow, weak base AD.
