they're changing early game items in SR first, which will affect dominion, so just wait till season 3 changes and see if it feels more balanced after that.

if all goes well we should be get item additions and balance changes next patch

if you're looking for dominion specific champ balance, it's never going to happen don't expect it

It had happened. At least, some of the changes are made because Dominion makes them look at the champions more.

Urgot, Yorick, Kass.
They nerfed Kass in a way that made him weaker on Dominion but slightly stronger on SR. Sure, he's still OP, but it's more a matter of his kit. He's super strong, but weaker than before.
Yorick is the same, still weaker than before.
Urgot dropped a bunch in power, but Morello said they over-nerfed him so he'll probably be getting some buffs again.

The issue about nerfing Kass and Urgot is they are underplayed on SR nerfing them would make them completely absent from SR. Honestly if we could get people to play draft again or get ranked Dom this wouldn't be a problem.
