+40 Attack Damage +10% Life Steal
Unique Passive: Your attacks deal 4% of the target's current health in magic damage and heals you for half the amount (120 max vs. minions). Unique Active: Drains target champion, dealing 150% physical damage plus 50% of your attack damage and healing you by the same amount. Additionally, you steal 30% of their movement speed for 2 seconds (1 minute cooldown).
% is magic dam that gets worst every hit, and at some point pretty much negated by FoN. It is a great item, but it doesn't seem sensible that an item actually gets weaker by using it, plus you have to spend gold and a slot for AS. The active is powerful, but useless if you have no ad or attack speed to get them low enough for that nuke to matter. Mandred's was core to some builds, and this lost a lot of synergy. It was also an item that could make some champs more viable in 3's because you didn't have to be as tank, but you have to put out damage. That doesn't really matter on SI since most games seem to end early though.
