I know ignore list is just a list for me to ignore somebody's talking.
But why I want to ignore them is because they are so TROLL that I can't play with them!
I found out that I still can be matched with the people who were in my IGNORE LIST!
And they were IN my team!
This situation force me to leave the game BEFORE the game was started!

Can Riot help us to solve this problem?

I don't think everybody like to play with the people that you ignore and they are in your team
