I am from Uruguay and wanted to know if Latin America can participate in the Season Three Tournament (by playing in the 5v5 ladder, etc.) and in what server (we play NA because its the closest to us with the exception for Brazil which is in portuguese but we are not within the North American continent).

If not, can you tell us if you are planning on adding Latin America in the future to your tournaments?

League of Legends has grown a lot, and have helped the e-sports community grow with it, but I defenitely feel Latin America is being left behind.

I'm waiting for the same, I dont know if create a team for ranked, cause I dont know if we gonna can participate in some tournament, so can someone give us a clear answer?
