League of legends is a great game, but what it lacks is new maps/game modes. Summoner's rift is great, but i got old really fast. Honestly, what I would love to see in the next season are either new maps (different terrain themes??) or just new game modes.

For example, just a quick thing I came up with is Soul Wars. It would be a different terrain than summoner's rift, a 5 v 5, but, killing creeps gives two currencies: Gold and Soul. Soul can be used to spawn waves of new units to help push turrets or kill players. This type of game mechanism would greatly alter the League play style and I think it be a great idea.

Any ideas, suggestions or comments??

I'm pretty satisfied with the current game modes; other than the summoner's rift, you can also play 3v3 map(twisted treeline), mid-war(proving ground)and of course the dominion mode(crystal scar). Also different themes will be released when different seasons/festival comes.
