She was those spikes for heals and her inner thighs and calves are laced with spikes. It's cool if not trampy but seriously how does she move without losing 100 hp every step.

You ever seen that scene in 007 Golden Eye where that lady villain tried to kill James B. with her legs... Those are what the spikes are for.
