Do you think Riot should/would develop a Tribunal application for mobile devices?

How hard would it be to develop such an application on iOS/Android?

I think they should as well. I wouldn't mind doing some tribunal cases while waiting for my train in the morning.

I know that there is one for Android. It wasn't developed by Riot, mind you, but it exists.

Wouldn't be too hard since Tribunal is purely web based. The hardest part would be setting up the display for a phone.
