Does this mean I'm still going to get abused every time I build Manamune on any mana-hungry AD if it's not getting any better? I thought most people's view on Manamune is "it's bad, and if you build it you're bad".

Singed will now build Tear, and never run out of mana. and he gets tankier as he poisons people.... i love it
