Dodge penalties yet? ELO wise

Already dodged 2 ranked games, have they got dodge penalties that lose elo rating? I won my first game but dodged 1 queue before and 1 queue after....

Not anymore. You will not lose elo for dodging. But the timer will scale up

There should be no elo penalty for dodging. It prevents smurfs and unfair ways to abuse the rating. Instead it should be time penalties and other bad behavior types of penalties instead.
