Having a Shen, Jax, or Nidalee solotop is a good way of upsetting the typical teamfights.

Shen will split push all day and ult in if the enemy team decides to initiate while he's not there in a 5v4.

Jax will win every 1v1 and will take towers out ultra-fast if the enemy doesn't send anyone to stop him.

Nidalee will be a massive thorn in the enemies side. While she can't get back to the team as fast as Shen or win 1v1s like Jax or take out turrets with Jax speed, she's impossible to catch, so she can just escape whoever comes to stop her from pushing.

Comps I've Seen:
AoE (Amumu + Kennen + Kata + Sona + Corki)
Protect the Kog (Kog, Orianna, Nunu, Cho'Gath, Alistar)
Poke Comp (Taric, Caitlyn, Morgana, Jayce, Maokai)
Late Game Stall/HyperCarry (Karthus, Tristana, Sona, Jax, Skarner)
Split Push (Anivia, Shen, Soraka, Sivir, Jayce)

If you're n00b, go AoE, it's by far the easiest comp to play. The rest of the comps rely strongly on having map control and positioning to take towers, baron, and other objectives for free. A lot of them require huge patience and strong disengaging. Remember, winning the teamfight and losing towers will lose you the game.

Just got owned by Gangplank top, Fiddlesticks mid, Nunu jungle, Miss Fortune and Sona bot. Our team got absolutely pooped on by 5 AOE ults. It was nasty.

and third. the best team is jarvan, jax, tristina, kha'zix and darius. masteries and rune pages all the same for all of them. 30 points in attack. 9 9 9 3 all attack damage.
