Hmm. Trophy Hunter series of skins? Have one champ wearing stuff from another as "trophies"? Even cooler if it's something else from the genre.
Trist wearing Kog stuff.
Definitely-Naut-Blitzcrank (Naut with Blitz stuff)
Annie wearing parts of Kassadin's armor...
Headsman Xin (Xin wearing and using Darius stuff)
Jungle King Udyr (wearing a warwick pelt or skarner stuff)

The list could go on and on. Maybe I should spend some time thinking on this...
