Which champions do not use any sort of mana or energy? I'd really like to know since it would help me in making a decision of what champions to buy.

Garen - spin to win, man

Katarina - solo-queue monster at low elo, stronger spin to win. Smart-cast and strong reaction time is recommended for full face rolling action. Oh, they are going to nerf her next patch.

Riven - strong top lane, beats out most champions early. She does take some skill to learn and combo.

Shavana, because if you fill up her fury meter. She becomes a friggin' DRAGON! Also a fast jungler.
