Victorious Janna is rewarded to those who reached gold in Season 2. If Riot would simply let anyone attain it through the trade method, I would be surprised. I highly doubt you will get the skin.

You can support in 3s, in fact the top 3s team atm runs support most the time. (normally leona running exhaust/heal)

Just pick a tanky one and find a couple people close to your skill level and rush a few games out.

I know how you feel. I saw the skin as a reward and started queing for ranked. Hit 1500 in 16 games playing mostly support. Its possible!

You having this skin is like a person who didn't play during beta getting king rammus. Just man up and get the elo from any queue, it'll feel more satisfying and actually mean something.
