I posted a question on my other thread regarding the new items and their impacts on Proving Grounnds. I love to play PG as it is the map where you get the least possible trolls/rage so I'm wondering whether you can clear this up.

Apparently somebody informed me that Rome/Brackhar are the ones in charge with The Proving Grounds. So if you guys are reading this can you explain? ಠ_ಠ
