Which mid laner doesn't need blue buff?

karthus. ryz needs it early so does zyra and diana whould always have it karthus has no real cd/s and regens mana on cs with his aoe.passive

Obviously manaless mids, but also Malzahar and TF. You usually will need blue regardless though if their mid has it.

ive taken the most mana hungry champs mid and built a complete manasustain build w/o ANY CHAMP can stay mid sustained without blue if htey spec for it........... the problem is most dont. they want that litttle extra POWER for 6 levels... then fall flat on their face.
