hi so i recently purchased elise and was very dissappointed with her abilities. i was very happy when riot introduced the refund policies and refunded two of the champions that i never used, which left me with one refund, however i cannot see the refund button on elise or any of the other champions that i have purchased since then. is there something wrong with the shop or did riot stop the refund policy?
