I'm guessing that your 2-week suspension was part of Riot's recent round of Audit-N-Ban. I'm also guessing that you knew that after your last Tribunal suspension you were likely to be permanently banned on your next go, but chose to wait until season 3 anyway. I'm guessing you left these facts out of the original post because you want us to feel like you were somehow cheated out of your chance to be good, rather than show us that you gambled and lost.

This is all just guesswork, but until I see your emails proving me wrong I will believe this is what happened.

In other words, You had zero chance of changing your behavior after your 2week ban because your permaban was already in the process of happening.. So The tribunal strikes again in a terrible way.
