The Tribunal is used 99% of the time by players who are harassing more then the player who was reported. They do this to get revenge. Riot please change the tribunal to have the ability to report games not players. If someone is harassing / afk / intentional feeding in a game there should be only a report game button where the games chat log is then sent to the tribunal where they can decide what players are banned. This will deter players from harassing others then using the tribunal to get them banned.

You will get punished if you rage in chat. If you respond by cutting off communication with your entire team altogether, that may actually work against you as that can be considered another form of raging.

Also, thier case may already be up on the Tribunal. If the individuals get reported for retilation there is a pretty good chance the instigators are up for judgement also. Double Jeapordy.
