This morning i was playing the pbe then i got off to go to school and when i came back i did a patch. After the patch i could hit play but after that nothing happened i tried running as administrator on both files (admin and original) but both had the same thing happen what do i do to bring up the game?

Did you try the repair function? That will likely be the next step the Help Desk recommends. Also, your firewall isn't blocking it now for some reason is it?
