Trying to decide to buy irelia or wukong.

I know they are both beasts in mid game and fall off late game, but who is better in general in the current system. Who should i buy? and please give an explanation.

Depends on your playstyle.

Wukong has insane scaling on his ult and it's an AoE knockup, so it only gets better the longer the game progresses.

Irelia, on the other hand, can't die and can easily 1v5. So....Irelia.

not the same kind of champion... if the other top is 70% or less wukong pratically guaranteed kill at lvl 6 with ignite.

I dont see who the **** tell you irelia fall off late game. Irelia start weak and grow stronger n stronger and n stronger as she gets more attack speed and gets more tanky... True damage never fall off.

but you said it, wukong more game chaning mid game thx too his ultimate. But Irelia one of the scarriest end game champion

who told you both of them fall off late game?

Irelia is somewhat weak in lane after all these nerfs, but still she can manage to get some farm and wreck your carry while you can't really CC her in midagme. She does have a decent lategame, dependant of how you managed the previous phases.

Wukong on the other side, just does have a niche, he does have a hard time in lane cause he doesnt have sustain and his mana issues are somewhat big. However, he shines in teamfights no matter what, being at all times tanky.

Wukong for fun, Irelia for a win game.

irelia doesnt drop off late game. she is unstoppable late game

Wukong is an Initiator to the fights

Irelia easily Kills carry, and fights everyone down.
