Yet for some reason, the funny guy that did not break summoner code gets banned, while the unfunny crybabies that did break summoner code didn't get banned.

He is purposefully using this method to agitate others, there is no benefit for anyone other than himself in what he is doing, its akin to other trolling but hes avoiding doing it in chat in an attempt to try circumvent getting in trouble for it.

Also the sheer amount of reports alone shows that he was considered toxic by his fellow players and enemies alike, its no surprise he ended up here.

Also again, bans are handed out by riot, they looked at his games, more than that.
