getting my pentakill stolen on accident ruins my player experience

having my baron stolen ruins my player experience

having to surrender at 20 because my team isn't doing well ruins my player experience

getting camped by the jungler ruins my player experience

not getting the position i wanted ruins my player experience

But seriously, this tribunal banning for emote spam is totally ridiculous. Riot added emote spam intentionally. These crybabies need to stop reporting for every little thing, and the tribunal needs to stop auto-punishing every single case.

whats the point of spamming emotes? to annoy other people. theres no reason to do it. its obviously annoying. so why do it? because you want to piss other people off?

i dunno why people who intentionally do **** to piss people off get their panties in a bunch when surprise PEOPLE GET PISSED OFF.

Intention is the key.
None of these (usually) happen intentionally. Even when the enemy jungler is camping you, he's almost certainly not doing it to piss you off, but to win the game.

I found a "You should probably stop annoying the **** out of your fellow summoners if they ask you to stop" section. Did you find that one? Should probably read again if you didn't.
