I realize it all has to do with the World Championships and all the Pro LoL players. But honestly, at the end of each season, especially the last two days, people aren't scared to try knew things and your own teammates don't care that much either. My last two games i played were actually fun, because they were different.

Second to last game we had our ADC twitch top, i lee sin mid, then we had a KARMA and XIN bot. Yes you heard that right. They absolutely destroyed their lane and we won the game because how fed xin and our twitch were. (the jungler was mumu if anyone really wants to know)

Last game, we had a mundo support, and not once during champ select did someone complain. Sure, they lost lane hard but we were able to pick them up and still win.

Moral of the story, don't be afraid to try something different, you'll never know if it could have have or wouldn't have worked.
