I think singed is a much better AP tank in 3's he deals more damage then maokai, in my impression.

I think this is true when it's soloQ, but for ranked 3s, if you have the right team comp she can be devastating.

When Captain Teemo is on duty with his Wooglet's Witchcap he can be very devastating.

You missed skarner, easily tier 2 tank. Also zyra should be so much higher on this list. Gj none the less

I'm torn between telling you that Lulu belongs in tier 1 and keeping her power hidden so that we can continue to exploit it.

Lux does not belong in Tier 4. And there's no world where Lee Sin isn't Tier 1.
