Edit: People also need to realize that the item only gives attack speed with it, which while great doesn't really warrant getting it as anything other than a luxury item. You'll still want a PD second item because the crit, and the new unit walking are all too good to pass up on. It'll just give ADs some options in itemization.
it gives you aspd + damage on two addition targets.

it really is a **** item on ashe. don't know why bads keep talking about ashe.

volley is on a 4 second cooldown.
ashe has terrible base damage anyways.

ideally ashe would itemize for more damage.

if you buy this item it's like you wont invest much into crit. crits deal 260% (mastery + ie) this item does 200% but without crit chance factoring in, it's also split up into 3 parts meaning you do unsatisfactory amounts of damage to everyone. at 300AD you are hitting 150damage to 2 extra targets. 150 damage isn't **** to a tanky bruiser that you're most likely hitting. If you had 300AD you're probably dealing with about 200armour in those bruisers. .

ashes passive also gives her a decent crit.
