Everything in the post hints that it works with lifesteal but was never directly adressed. Since it says on-hit i think it will. Dat Bloodthirster-Runaans rush

I would not be shocked if, after some testing on the PBE, some on hit effects no longer trigger the extra hits with lifesteal being a primary one.

Lifesteal's being nerfed so it won't be a very large issue, plus each hit is only 50% of your AD so the lifesteal amount won't be that great.
