My most recent champion select had NOTHING in the chat box. No bans/picks, and no messages. I couldn't send anything, I couldn't receive anything, nothing.
This is a key part to champion select, and needs to become a priority to be fixed.
It is next to impossible to co-ordinate with your team without it.
