Lux is far from the teamfight but fires her ult in the hopes of helping. Unfortunately she misjudges her distance and only the tiniest end of the laser reaches over the wall. All 5 enemies happen to be on that tiny spot, and die.

Fairly improbable, but this is actually an edited retelling of my first Lux penta. The ult only hit and killed 3 enemies, but the remaining two enemies then flashed over the wall and fled into the jungle, running away from my team and right into my path. Q, E, Ignite, and some autoattacks and that was a pentakill.
