I have not seen any imbalance discrepancy since the patch. It seems like I need to take null magic mantle more often, but that is only once per 3 -4 games. The awareness is prob influenced by all the crying going on since the patch.

your elo must be like rock bottom, pass the depths of hell, to not realise how OP teemo is with BFT

Teemo isn't dominant in the games I play in. I can see him destroying newbs left and right though...

He has a high win rate probably for that very reason.
