I wouldn't put any champs as over powered or under powered.
Your just raging because you don't understand Darius's mechanic's. i don't think you will find darius over powered if you would try something long ranged with sustain. since he shreds armour you don't want armour. try something like AP/AS Kayle, heal through his harras and completely block his ult, past his burst and ult hes useless..... and staying out of his pull is easy, you just suck at jukes if you find it op. Also hes extremely low skill level, so try something high skill level like Oriana or Nidalee.
In reality i find darius kind of under powered since almost anything with cc and or range can beat him..
Trust me, stunning his ult or blocking it with i.e Kayle
Btw by the looks of it i think you should try another server and not the north american, you might also have communication problems.
different language servers are here for a reason.
