So I have tried to log into LoL right now, and it keeps saying server busy, etc, yet the server status is Online...so ah yeah I'd love to log on right now. Please fix this (also a mate of mine having same issue now too).

A lot of people are having this problem. Just wait a while as Riot works on it.
I can't re-log in right now myself.
