That isn't true, you have inconsistencies with BFT, because zyra ranged plants are proccing it effect every time it hits enemy champ, but with heimerdinger turrets, it doesn't even proc once

Leblanc
Volibear (Tanky attack speed shreader)
Olaf (Tanky dps, make sure you have a MaW so the more he does to you the more you do back)
Tryndamere (unless he has insane armor you would be surprised how fast trynd ulting melts singed)
Rumble (rumble can counter singed right back, and in reality can prob heal with spell vamp enough to fully counter singed in later game)

Just want to note here that this is not a bft inconsistency:

Heimer's turrets do not proc any spell effects at all.

For example:
Zyra plants proc rylai's but heimer's turrets do not.
