Good job OP, noticing that because Kat is on the otherside of the map, she automatically faces the other way, blocking view on her breasts. If the sides were switched I doubt you'd see Nami's breasts either, and instead would be looking at Kat's.
On another note, after reading IronStylus's post I realized "Hey Nami is a mermaid. So is Ariel." Ariel as a mermaid didn't wear clothes did she, besides her seashell bra? Why does Nami have to be fully clothed or look like the most obscure version of a mermaid (e.g. almost completely a fish / monster)? Mermaid by definition is a being with the lower body of a fish and the upper body of a human. I'm pretty sure the upper body of a human doesn't have much to do with fish (No scales, no gills, no fins, etc.) I think the way Nami is portrayed was done very well, and keeps it not only classy, but consistent with the lore of mermaids in general.
