I wanted to see how badly towers were nerfed. I took down a tower in one and a half waves with a support champion.

and you probably did it in a custom game vs no one or a couple bots where towers start with like half hp

Guess towers were slowing down the game too much by only being a threat at level 1

The problem that weak tower arise is that it make snowballing harder to counter.

When tower were stronger and your opponent started to win most of trades, you could tower hug and/or try to bait him under it.

Now tower are so weak, even if you stay under your tower. It's not safe anymore because most champ can just tank it fine, kill you and walk away.

Don't get me started about ganks with tanky jungler. The fact that the tower are weak FORCES you to play agressive and if your opponent gets a lead you're ****ed.
