"The in-game refund feature has been reactivated"

Did this really happen at all? Did anyone get any refund points ? Or is the refund system down? :S

I used 1 refund on an account before it got taken down, when it came back up I had 2 remaining. Did you use all of yours?

The automated refund system was temporarily disabled, it is now back online and once again usable in the PVP.net client.

No changes were made to current player refunds or refund credits, it was merely a temporary outage for that system.

I have used up my 3 tokens during Season 2, aren't we getting 3 tokens per season? or just 3 tokens per account?
