They lock your account when there are issues with your payment. This is how every single business operates.

Money's tight; I didn't reverse the payment or anything.
The reason that they do not just take RP back is to combat the scamming epidemic that happened a while back. People would buy "all skins for 50$" where the scammer would purchase RP, chargeback all purchase and return the account with the skins unlocked. This was a huge headache for Riot to fix.

If you used the "Free Online RP" survery/pyramid schemes this is very common.

After completion of their stuff, they will give you a legit code. However, they will immediately cancel that transaction.

The result is you get your RP, but Riot doesn't get their money. Riot will deduct RP from your account equal to its cost. However, if that deduction would put you into the negatives, they will close and lock your account until you pay up for it.

This also happens if you yourself cancel a transaction and owe them money.

I know a guy who used to sell people's credit cards online, he bought all the champions for other people's money and once Riot found out he was forced to pay 200$ or his account would stay permanently banned.

I had around 2k RP at the time and bought 1.3k, how exactly would I be put into the negatives?
I understand, though. I just really want this to be fixed.
Maybe my boyfriend used his mother's card, and in the accidental case, she cancelled it.
Either way, I just want my account back. I don't care if it has any RP left on it or not.
