Ok but if you wanna go back to old days where teemo didn't have ammo system on his shrooms you also should be willing to go back to same old days when his shrooms had better scaling( used to be 1.0 Ap ratio) and higher basic dmg (I think it was about 100 more mag dmg at maxed rank). Also at that time he had shorter CD on his shrooms compared to now with ammo system.
