Before I played league, I played a lot of WoW. I used to play the warlock class as my main (pro status) and I've found the champs that fit those roles. However my favorite character, of any game really, was the Lich King. The death knights were always cool to me because they were kind of like player lich kings. So, my question to the community is: which champ is the most similar to a death knight or to the lich king in LoL? Both in play style or in appearance.

uhhhh, closest thing we got in apperance to Death Knights/The Lich King is Kassadin, however, we don't have any real Tanky DPS like that....Karthus is a lich though, if that helps?

But your probably going to like Hecarim the most as a "dark knight" but I can't be to certain about playstyle

edit: the only champ that comes to mind with a "dark knight" feel in terms of playstyle is deffinitly Darius

Darkforge Jarvan and Dread Knight Garen. Dread Knight looks pretty damn close to Arthas. Also did anyone notice Karthus looks like Kel'Thuzad but just mixes the names of KT and Arthas?

Karthus is a lich.
Mordekaiser tears his enemies souls from them and forces them to serve him.
Yorick summons ghouls with his abilities.
Garen has a Dreadknight skin.

I'd reccomend Mordekaiser, or Yorick.

Hmm, Yorick definitely, Death Knights in WoW create Ghouls and are tanky, Yorick does both.

Definitely mordekaiser. Hes undead and hes got a mace...

Mordekaiser; he's not only a deathknight, but rumoured to also be the Lich King (at least in his upcoming lore remake).

Karthus is Death; although his upcoming lore remake changes that. I'm not certain he fills the class niche you're looking for though.
