Can't get to the loading screen.

Everytime I start a game, I can never get to the loading screen. The LoL logo pops up, the screen goes black and then crashes giving me a bug splat.

I submitted a ticket but am still waiting on a response. Anyone here have some advice? I'm on break from school and stuck with my laptop and have nothing to do until the rest of the family gets into town haha.

league of legends fking sucks thats the problem 3 ranked games in a row this happend to me and they will do fk all
