So I have been banned twice once for leaving/afk for a day and the second leaving/afk for three days. I am afraid my account will be permanently banned after a three day ban what is next? I was thinking a 5 day but when do the days stop and its permanent?

Stop leaving and AFK'ing and or rage quitting and you won't have to worry about it.

Pretty much this.

If you commit to playing a game, you should play the game. Don't make your 4 allies waste 20 min of their time.
