Unfair suspension

Guys this is the third time i get suspension, the second time u send me a mail with a match when i was punished and there was no chat in the evidence and u send me that actually as valid report now u send me a mail lets see with what:

"Refusing to troll with us" says the reason, the voters actually voted for a time ban!? why i refused to surrender a game we were winning? and they were actually TROLLING ME!.
U cant be serious, you cant call this serious pls.

Time Ban for what? a joke at the begining of the game? or what, they actually win that game so why my sentence was TIME BAN! this is deliberated, the guys who voted this as time ban dont even read the chat pls!

The third game skarner was trolling me cos i taked mid! he stayed at bushes for gank and when i was goin to engage he always leaved eventually i started to feel angry also the ezreal from the another team was telling me things like "but hurt".

Guys dont bann me anymore for this kind of stuff u said once that u review the cases of the tribunal, thats a lie, how can u send me aa an evidence a game were one of the reports says: "he refused to troll with us" are you kidding me¿? i will no show this to anyone until you answer me back and give me an explanaiton.

I coulded muted the chat for ever, also i encouranged several games, see my honor and team play points pls! i supported your game buying riot points and a lot of things and im being banned 2 times for unfairs sentences, pls dont do it

Pls i have not been noticed or warned just a suspension without any advice or anything, but you know what this means? Logic says that anyone can report anyone for any reason (fair or unfair) and your system is punishing players 1) without advice and 2) wituhout violating the summoners code, in the secind suspension and in this one i have controversial cases

Both players and Riot employees viewing Tribunal Cases are provided with chat logs and other relevant stats to reach a decision. Players generally understand what sort of behavior will negatively impact other players and what conduct falls outside of what should be a positive in-game experience. If in the future your account is found to have subsequent violations against the Code of Conduct, additional evaluation and longer suspensions will occur. Further negative behavior in-game can culminate in your account being permanently banned from League of Legends.

Are you a machine or something, i know u have a lot of request to attend but pls just read what im sending to you, dotn even make sense to sit her eto write this if your not gonna read it. ¿Can you please explain to me why or where did i violate the summoners code in the two first cases? I read it all and i always suggest others players to follow it as you can see i had an award in honorable opponent, teamwork and friendly and i just dont get and advice and u suspend me and erease my honor. If you are gonna send me a machine answer like it happends before, i will have to go extensive in this case and look for cases in the past to show you what im talking about. Please be reasonable and review my cases dont destroy all my achievments just because you have too many request. Thank you. As you can see for my log and time in the game im actually spend more time playing the game than some of you guys working there so im just asking some consideration here since i have not being adviced.

Also if your company is not reversing the decision of my suspension there is not much i can do. I dont fint it fair and i explained it why. If you cant explain me your decisions, why the game or the system doesnt send me an advice, i remember in the past ur system send an advice but why not now, im supporting your game and being part of the comunity at least i deserve an explanation.

Don't bother with support tickets, you don't get an an actual Riot response, just a form letter.

Oh also one thing that players don't usually understand is that as a Tribunal voter, we pick "pardon" or we pick "punish".

The severity of the punishment has nothing to do with us and is assigned automatically by the system based on the number of previous bans you've had.

Game 2 = insta punish after reading the first 7 of your lines.

Ok in the secong game it was a joke and i wasnt telling that to anyone, what i think if for example 3 friends reports u constanly the system can bann you for no real reasoon, even if you respect the summoners code or not. I will try an experiment and as i have the results i will show you guys, also i will searhc in my mail my second suspension with one of the punishments when we win a game i didnt write nothing in the chat and i was punished, logic?

We can't see the context of what you said to know if it was a joke or not, nor do we really care.

Second if people report you, matchmaking keeps them out of games with you so they can't report you more than once, and even if they do, tribunal will be able to see you did nothing wrong and pardon.

Third, I'd like to see the case where you didn't say anything, you won, and got punished. I'll be able to tell you if you deserved it and why.

I was playing normally, and we were winning, but as u can see in the reports ashee and trynda were trolling us the whole game, trynda saying he was support, then they all started a surrender vote were i was the only one who put no, we were goin to win but because they troll the game tryndamere put yes at the end. Do normal playwers diserve this, im trying to follow the summoners code and i have to face this kind of stuff.

SOOO even when they admit trolling me, even when i report the GAME to the player support they put this game as: Time BAN

Here is the game we actually lose it but i didnt chat i tryed my best and i was reported anyways and cataloged as time ban

The time ban is for all games in the case file. One punishable game = punish for the whole case file. It doesn't matter if you were innocent in others.

The fact you broke the rules in one game does not mean you get off because you didn't in 4 other cases. That would be like saying I shouldn't get charged with DUI because I wasn't drunk yesterday or the day before.

Thats i i got of that report cos i used to take ss but what about this case in particular the new one.
Im not a saint i have insulted ppls i know, i have called em noobs sometimes, messing with mothers and stuff but i dont do it on purpose is not an excuse, they punish me for that and ban me but they dont give me nothing for encourage fair play, for reming others to follow the summoners code, to help them in the tribunal, i have eraned every badge except for helpful and now i lost it all. Its not fair to punish without an advice nobody tells you hey ur doin wrong in all those games u can calm a little, and btw how i win all that badges if im such a badass scumbag players that diserves to be banned
