So I have been getting 171- 176 ping late evening and I don't know why.. Its usually really low at 44 and running perfectly in the mornings, so any suggestion?

Are you running other internet related things, or maybe someone else on your network doing things? Could also be the time of day, if there's a lot of people online in your neighborhood it could also slow things down. One thing you could try is to unplug your router for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. It might fix it, but it's doubtful.

I usually play between 110-130 fine but for no reason I am consistently at 300-400 today, spiking all the way up to 1700 occasionally, I really have no idea what the issues are caused by and any help would be nice, I tried to use windows+r -> cmd -> ping www.google.ca and got 4/4 packets, then I tried ping www.leagueoflegends.com and got 0/4 packet return
