So, I recently found out I love roam heavy high burst champs... Eve in particular has been a lot of fun. I haven't theory crafted much for her S3 builds,can anyone give me some info? Is this going to buff or nerd her in conjunction to others?

I guess I'm up for suggestions on other heavy roaming burst champs, too? Inb4Ahri.

Talon, not ap, but a strong and bursty mid lane roamer who is great with the new black cleaver/ sword of the divine. You should be building him almost full glass cannon, relying on life steal from 3 bt's to keep you alive after bursting down a carry.

Lategame, he doesn't need the second half of his ult to kill someone.

Here is my usual build, end game build AP but with two exceptions. Malady and manamune.
Combined with your e and damage from your q your sustained damage combined with the already decent AD you get from it, will allow for so much damage while still allowing for DFG RDC and LB to round off into end game. Though I have to say the active on the upgraded manamune makes her incredibly deadly to everything. 130 magic damage a hit with it, + malady + ad from manamune + amplified damage from DFG + LB procs from q = one hell of a DPS.
