his counterstrike..or as it is more often used a stun (how often do you see jax use it while in a bush just to leap out and stun someone? probably most of the time..what kind of "counterattack" is that?

So my idea what if he actually has to counter SOMETHING for it to work? How about since it has to cooldowns (like many re-cast skills) the re-cast cooldown only starts after the dodge?

If this still doesn't work the damage of that *dodge* could be made a minimum (say a siege minion shot in 1 hit)

Interesting idea. Although, this would hurt his ganking as a jungler a lot, because you normally open from the bush with an EQ.

The stun isn't why Jax is overpowered... you could do this change and it would only kill his jungle / ganking which he's rarely played as... he'd still be a solid top and one of the most out of control scaling champions in the game.
