I've thought of buying her myself, but then my friends tell me don't even try playing her without a specialized rune page. Idk what runes you need, but you should buy her if you like

Absolutely do, she's not in the spotlight, but she's good, fun and fun.
BTW, are ou playing ranked or normals? She can get countered easily, but in normal you will never be countered.

teh specialised rune page is because you want ap and ad to power her passive.I think at lvl 3 you get both pretty easily. Don,t let the required page intimidate you.
Honnestly, I think you can take a normal ad or ap page. Ad gives you spell vamp, which I never noticed in the early level. Maybe it's just me.
AP gives you bonus dmg on AA. Not sure if it really does something pre lvl 3.


I used my akali page on ads for quite a while (move speed + ad+ap+ some health). It just does you're a bit weaker early game, but you have some ap. Some carries actually have a use for AP.

HIGH SKILL CAP? LOL. I mained Akali from levels 5-30 when I first started playing the game. She isn't high skill cap at all, if anything she is one of the easiest, but really fun champions to play.

Then you should absolutely avoid her at all costs. If you enjoy palying a champ the last thing you would want to do is buy them.... but seriously I really don't know why you're asking this. If you like her buy her, she's pretty cheap and fun to play. If you want to know about her viability in ranked and how she stacks up against others mids or tops then that's another topic entirely.
